It has been authorized to function as a legitimate relief organization in accordance with practices and provisions of said act. The Cambodia Landmine Museum Relief Fund is governed by a Board of Directors and mandated to operate according to corporation by-laws.

All funds received by the Cambodia Land Mine Museum Relief Fund must meet philanthropic standards under THE TIDES FOUNDATION’s mandate. The Cambodia Land Mine Museum Relief Fund must submit an application in order qualify for funding from its Global Support Fund. All grants provided require a final report of how funding was used along with detailed financial documentation.
